10.2 Maximum Liability. hyph's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hyph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 hyph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits hyph's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by hyph's gross negligence.
11.1 hyph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, or at the player's own request.
11.2 Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by the player without any breach, verified remaining balances will be returned after completion of applicable withdrawal procedures and KYC verification.

13.4 Any claim against hyph must be filed within one (1) year of the date on which the cause of action arose. Claims filed after this limitation period are barred.
